Copycat Crumbl Frozen Hot Chocolate Cookie

Ingredients

Chocolate Cookie Base

  • ½ cup butter (softened)
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ¾ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt

Frozen Hot Chocolate Topping

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup chocolate syrup

Garnish

  • chocolate drizzle
  • mini chocolate shavings or chips

Instructions

1. Make cookie dough

Cream butter and sugars until smooth.

Add egg and vanilla.

Mix in cocoa powder, flour, baking soda, and salt until combined.

2. Bake

Scoop cookies and bake at 350°F for 9–11 minutes.

Let cool completely.

3. Make topping

Whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and cocoa powder until soft peaks form.

4. Assemble

Top cooled cookies with whipped topping and drizzle chocolate syrup.

Tips

  • Don’t overwhip — keep topping light and airy
  • Chill slightly before serving for that “frozen” feel
