Copycat Crumbl Waffle Cookie
Ingredients
Cookie Base
- ½ cup butter (softened)
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
Toppings
- maple syrup
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
1. Make dough
Cream butter and sugar until smooth.
Add egg and vanilla.
Mix in flour, baking powder, and salt until combined.
2. Shape
Flatten dough slightly and use a fork or waffle press pattern to create texture.
3. Bake
Bake at 350°F for 10–12 minutes.
4. Finish
Brush with melted butter and drizzle maple syrup before serving.
Tips
- Don’t oversoak with syrup — keep structure intact
- Add syrup just before serving
