Copycat Crumbl Wedding Cake Cookie
Ingredients
Cookie
- ½ cup butter (softened)
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp almond extract
- 1 ½ cups flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
Frosting
- ½ cup butter
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp almond extract
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
Instructions
1. Make dough
Cream butter and sugar until smooth.
Add egg, vanilla, and almond extract.
Mix in flour, baking powder, and salt until combined.
2. Bake
Scoop cookies and bake at 350°F for 10–12 minutes.
Let cool completely.
3. Make frosting
Beat butter until smooth.
Add powdered sugar, vanilla, almond extract, and cream until fluffy.
4. Assemble
Frost cooled cookies evenly.
Tips
- Keep almond extract light — it’s strong
- Slight underbake keeps that cake-like texture
