Copycat Crumbl Dubai Chocolate Cookie
Ingredients
Chocolate Cookie Base
- ½ cup butter (melted)
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¾ cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
Chocolate Layer / Filling
- ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ¼ cup heavy cream
Garnish
- chocolate drizzle
- shaved chocolate or chocolate curls
Instructions
1. Make dough
Mix melted butter with brown sugar and sugar.
Add egg and vanilla.
Stir in cocoa powder, flour, baking soda, and salt until combined.
2. Bake
Scoop cookies and bake at 350°F for 9–11 minutes.
Cool slightly.
3. Make chocolate layer
Heat cream and pour over chocolate chips.
Stir until smooth (ganache).
4. Assemble
Spread ganache over cookies and add chocolate garnish.
Tips
- Slight underbake keeps that soft, brownie-like texture
- Use high-quality chocolate for best flavour
