Copycat Crumbl Strawberry Crumb Cake Cookie
Ingredients
Cookie Base
- ½ cup butter
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 ½ cups flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
Strawberry Layer
- ½ cup strawberry jam
Crumb Topping
- ½ cup flour
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup butter (melted)
Instructions
1. Make dough
Cream butter and sugar.
Add egg and vanilla.
Mix in flour, baking powder, and salt.
2. Prepare crumb topping
Mix flour, brown sugar, and melted butter until crumbly.
3. Assemble
Flatten cookie dough slightly.
Add a layer of strawberry jam.
Top with crumb mixture.
4. Bake
Bake at 350°F for 10–12 minutes.
Tips
- Don’t overfill with jam to avoid leaking
- Keep crumbs chunky for texture
