Copycat Crumbl Chocolate Hazelnut Cheesecake Cookie ft. Nutella
Ingredients
Cookie Base (Graham-Style)
- ½ cup butter (softened)
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup graham cracker crumbs
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
Cheesecake Layer
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Nutella Topping
- ½ cup Nutella
Instructions
1. Make the cookie base
Cream butter, brown sugar, and sugar until smooth.
Add egg and vanilla, mix until fully combined.
In a separate bowl, mix flour, graham crumbs, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Combine with wet ingredients until a soft dough forms.
2. Shape and bake
Scoop dough into large cookie portions and flatten slightly.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes until set but still soft in the center.
Let cool completely.
3. Make cheesecake layer
Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
4. Assemble
Spread cheesecake layer over cooled cookies.
Top with a smooth layer of Nutella.
Tips
- Chill cookies before adding cheesecake for clean layering
- Don’t overbake — soft base is key
- Slightly warm Nutella for easier spreading
