Copycat Crumbl White Drop Cookie ft. Hershey’s Cookies & Cream
Ingredients
Cookie Dough
- ½ cup butter (softened)
- ¾ cup sugar
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
Mix-ins
- 1 cup Hershey’s Cookies & Cream pieces (or chopped cookies & cream bar)
Instructions
1. Make dough
Cream butter and sugars until smooth.
Add egg and vanilla.
Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt.
Fold in cookies & cream pieces.
2. Bake
Scoop large cookies and bake at 350°F for 10–12 minutes.
Let cool slightly before serving.
Tips
- Reserve some chunks for topping before baking
- Slight underbake = softer center
- Don’t overmix once flour is added
