Copycat Crumbl Peanut Butter Cup Brownie Cookie (Reese’s)

Ingredients

Brownie Cookie Base

  • ½ cup butter (melted)
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • ¾ cup flour
  • ¼ tsp salt

Peanut Butter Layer

  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar

Topping

  • 1 cup chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups

Instructions

1. Make brownie dough

Mix melted butter and sugar.

Add egg and vanilla.

Stir in cocoa powder, flour, and salt.

2. Prepare peanut butter layer

Mix peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth and slightly thick.

3. Assemble

Flatten brownie dough slightly.

Add a layer of peanut butter mixture in center.

Top with chopped Reese’s.

4. Bake

Bake at 350°F for 10–12 minutes until edges set and center is soft.

Tips

  • Don’t overbake — keeps center soft and rich
  • Use mini Reese’s for better distribution
  • Chill peanut butter layer if too soft
