Copycat Crumbl Biscoff Skillet Cookie
Ingredients
Cookie Base
- ½ cup butter (softened)
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
Biscoff Layer
- ½ cup Biscoff spread (cookie butter)
Topping
- crushed Biscoff cookies
- extra Biscoff drizzle
Instructions
1. Make dough
Cream butter and sugars until smooth.
Add egg and vanilla.
Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt until a soft dough forms.
2. Shape
Press dough into a thicker round (or skillet-style shape).
3. Bake
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes until edges are set and center is soft.
Cool slightly.
4. Add topping
Warm Biscoff spread slightly and spread over cookie.
Top with crushed Biscoff cookies and drizzle more spread.
Tips
- Slight underbake keeps center soft and gooey
- Warm Biscoff makes spreading easier
- Add extra cookie crumble for texture contrast
