Copycat Crumbl S’mores Cookie
Ingredients
Graham Cookie Base
- ½ cup butter (softened)
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- ½ cup graham cracker crumbs
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
Mix-ins
- ¾ cup chocolate chunks
- ½ cup mini marshmallows
Topping
- extra marshmallows
- chocolate drizzle
Instructions
1. Make dough
Cream butter and sugars.
Add egg and vanilla.
Mix in flour, graham crumbs, baking soda, and salt.
Fold in chocolate and marshmallows.
2. Bake
Scoop large cookies.
Bake at 350°F for 10–12 minutes.
3. Finish
Add extra marshmallows on top right after baking.
Lightly toast if desired.
Drizzle with melted chocolate.
Tips
- Add marshmallows after baking to avoid burning
- Use chopped chocolate for better melt
- Slight underbake keeps it soft
