Copycat Crumbl Cinnamon Square
Ingredients
Cake Base
- ½ cup butter (softened)
- ¾ cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 ¼ cups flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup milk
Cinnamon Layer
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
Glaze
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2–3 tbsp milk
- ½ tsp vanilla
Instructions
1. Make batter
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Mix in flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add milk and mix until smooth.
2. Add cinnamon swirl
Mix brown sugar and cinnamon.
Layer or swirl into batter.
3. Bake
Bake at 350°F for 15–18 minutes until set.
Cool slightly.
4. Glaze
Mix glaze ingredients and drizzle over top.
Tips
- Don’t overbake — keeps it soft and fluffy
- Add extra cinnamon for stronger flavour
- Serve slightly warm for best texture
