Copycat Crumbl Sea Salt Toffee Cookie

Ingredients

Cookie Dough

  • ½ cup butter
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 ½ cups flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt

Mix-ins

  • ¾ cup toffee bits

Finish

  • flaky sea salt

Instructions

1. Make dough

Cream butter and sugars.

Add egg and vanilla.

Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt.

Fold in toffee bits.

2. Bake

Scoop cookies and bake at 350°F for 10–12 minutes.

3. Finish

Sprinkle with flaky sea salt immediately after baking.

  • Slight underbake keeps center soft
  • Use good-quality toffee bits for better flavour
