Copycat Crumbl St. Patrick’s Celebration Cake Cookie

Ingredients

Cookie Base

  • ½ cup butter
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 ½ cups flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt

Frosting

  • ½ cup butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • green food colouring

Topping

  • sprinkles

Instructions

1. Make dough

Cream butter and sugar.

Add egg and vanilla.

Mix in dry ingredients.

2. Bake

Scoop and flatten cookies.

Bake at 350°F for 9–11 minutes.

Cool completely.

3. Make frosting

Beat butter until smooth.

Add powdered sugar, vanilla, milk, and colouring.

4. Assemble

Frost generously and add sprinkles.

Tips

  • Keep frosting thick for that bakery look
  • Chill cookies before frosting for clean finish
  • Don’t overbake — keeps that cake-like texture
