Copycat Starbucks Pistachio Cream Cold Brew
Ingredients
Cold Brew Base
- 1 cup cold brew coffee
- ice
Pistachio Cream
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp pistachio syrup
- 1 tsp sugar (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare cream
Whisk heavy cream, milk, pistachio syrup, and sugar until slightly thickened but still pourable.
2. Build drink
Fill glass with ice and pour in cold brew.
3. Top
Pour pistachio cream over top.
4. Serve
Drink layered or stir together.
Tips
- Keep cream slightly thick but not whipped
- Use strong cold brew for balance
- Don’t oversweeten — cream adds richness
