Copycat: Pistachio Cortado

Ingredients

  • 1 shot espresso
  • 1 shot steamed milk
  • 1 tsp pistachio syrup

Instructions

  1. Brew espresso into a small cup
  2. Stir in pistachio syrup
  3. Steam milk until smooth (not foamy)
  4. Pour equal amount of milk over espresso

Tips

  • Keep milk and espresso ratio 1:1
  • Don’t over-sweeten
  • Use strong espresso for best flavour
