Copycat: Pistachio Cortado
Ingredients
- 1 shot espresso
- 1 shot steamed milk
- 1 tsp pistachio syrup
Instructions
- Brew espresso into a small cup
- Stir in pistachio syrup
- Steam milk until smooth (not foamy)
- Pour equal amount of milk over espresso
Tips
- Keep milk and espresso ratio 1:1
- Don’t over-sweeten
- Use strong espresso for best flavour
