Copycat Recipe: Over the Rainbow Doughnut

Ingredients

Doughnut

  • 2 cups flour
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp yeast
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter

Topping

  • white icing
  • rainbow sprinkles
  • coloured drizzle

Instructions

  1. Prepare dough and let rise 1 hour
  2. Shape and fry until golden
  3. Dip in white icing
  4. Add sprinkles and drizzle

  • Add toppings while icing is wet
  • Keep base simple — toppings carry it
  • Don’t over-fry
