Copycat Recipe: Shooting Shamrock Doughnut

  • same base dough

Topping

  • ½ cup icing sugar
  • 1–2 tbsp milk
  • ¼ tsp mint extract
  • green colouring

Instructions

  1. Fry doughnuts
  2. Mix glaze with mint extract
  3. Dip and let set

Tips

  • Go light on mint
  • Keep glaze smooth
  • Add subtle colouring
