Copycat Recipe: Crumbl Dubai Chocolate Brownie Cookie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • ½ cup butter (melted)
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup chocolate chunks

Instructions

1. Mix wet ingredients

In a bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.

2. Add dry ingredients

Add flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix until a thick dough forms.

3. Add chocolate

Fold in chocolate chunks evenly.

4. Shape

Form large, thick cookie rounds (Crumbl-style size).

5. Bake

Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes.

Centers should stay soft.

  • Don’t overbake — this cookie should be fudgy
  • Use high-quality chocolate for better flavour
  • Chill dough for thicker cookies
