Crumbl Review: Raspberry Lemonade Cookie
This one is easily the biggest contrast in the lineup, and it’s a needed one.
Visually, it’s lighter and brighter, often with a soft base and a topping or glaze that hints at that lemonade flavour. It stands out from all the heavier cookies immediately.
The first bite is soft and slightly cakey.
The lemon comes through first, and it’s noticeable. It adds a sharp, slightly tangy flavour that cuts through the sweetness right away.
Then the raspberry comes in and softens that edge. It adds:
- sweetness
- a bit of fruit depth
- a smoother finish
That combination is what makes this cookie work.
Instead of being:
👉 sweet → heavier
It feels more like:
👉 tart → sweet → balanced
The contrast keeps it from getting boring.
Texture:
- soft base
- slightly creamy or glazed topping
- occasional fruit elements
It’s still sweet, but it doesn’t feel overwhelming because of the citrus.
This is one of the easier cookies to finish and one of the more refreshing options.
Final Verdict:
Bright, balanced, and actually refreshing. One of the stronger cookies because it has real contrast.
