Copycat Recipe: Cookies & Cream Milkshake Cookie

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups flour
  • ½ cup butter
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ cup crushed chocolate cookies

Topping

  • ½ cup whipped frosting or cream
  • extra cookie crumbs

Instructions

1. Make dough

Cream butter and sugar.

Add egg and vanilla.

Mix in flour and baking soda.

2. Add cookies

Fold in crushed cookies.

3. Bake

Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes.

4. Top

Add frosting and sprinkle cookie crumbs.

Tips

  • Keep cookie pieces chunky
  • Don’t overmix
  • Add topping after cooling
  • Slightly underbake for softness
