Copycat Crumbl Sugar Cookie ft. Mother’s Circus Animals

Ingredients

Cookie base:

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 ¼ cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt

Icing:

  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • Pink food coloring

Topping:

  • Frosted Mother’s Circus Animal Cookies, crushed + whole for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cream butter + sugar. Add eggs + vanilla. Fold in dry ingredients.
  2. Scoop dough, bake 350°F for 9–10 min. Cool completely.
  3. Beat icing ingredients until smooth. Tint pink.
  4. Frost cookies, top with crushed and whole circus animal cookies.

Velvet Fork Twist

  • Use a dash of almond extract in the frosting — it mimics that nostalgic “pink frosting” taste.
