Copycat Krispy Kreme Gryffindor Doughnut

The Gryffindor doughnut has a spiced Biscoff filling that hits with warmth right away. It’s brave and forward — cinnamon and caramel notes that don’t hide behind sugar. The glaze and cookie crumble topping make it extra crunchy, so every bite feels like a little rush.
Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 ¼ tsp instant yeast
- ¼ cup sugar
- ¾ cup warm milk
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 egg
- ½ tsp salt
Filling:
- ½ cup Biscoff spread
- 2 tbsp whipped cream cheese
- ½ tsp cinnamon
Glaze & Topping:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- Crushed Biscoff cookies
Instructions
- Make dough, rise 1 hr. Cut, rise 30 min, fry at 350°F. Cool.
- Pipe in Biscoff filling.
- Dip in glaze, top with Biscoff crumbs.
