Copycat Recipe: Crumbl Salted Caramel Cheesecake Cookie
A graham-based cookie with a cheesecake swirl and gooey caramel.
Ingredients
Cookie Base
1 cup butter, softened 1 cup brown sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla 2 cups flour 1 cup graham cracker crumbs 1 tsp baking powder ½ tsp salt
Cheesecake Topping
8 oz cream cheese ¼ cup sugar ½ tsp vanilla
Caramel Drizzle
½ cup caramel sauce (homemade or store-bought) Flaky sea salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix in flour, graham crumbs, baking powder, and salt. Bake scoops for 12–14 minutes. Blend cream cheese + sugar + vanilla until smooth. Spread on cooled cookies. Drizzle caramel and sprinkle lightly with flaky salt.
