Copycat Recipe : Cake Batter Blondie Cookie 

Sweet, buttery, and sprinkled through with fun — this cookie has the nostalgic flavor of boxed cake batter but in a chewy blondie base.

Ingredients:

1 cup unsalted butter, melted 1 cup brown sugar ½ cup granulated sugar 2 large eggs 1 tbsp vanilla extract 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 tsp baking powder ½ tsp salt ½ cup white chocolate chips ½ cup rainbow sprinkles

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Whisk butter and sugars until glossy. Add eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt. Fold in white chocolate chips and sprinkles. Bake 11–12 minutes for chewy centers.

Tip: Swap in cake flour for half the AP flour to mimic that melt-in-your-mouth boxed cake texture.
