Copycat Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino

Sweet, smooth, and more spiced dessert than coffee.

This one is less “pumpkin” and more “spiced milkshake.” The texture is classic Frappuccino: icy but smooth, with whipped cream to crown it.

Ingredients (1 grande)

  • 1 cup ice
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 shot espresso (optional for caffeine)
  • ¼ cup pumpkin purée
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • Whipped cream + nutmeg (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Blend ice, milk, espresso, pumpkin, sugar, and spice until smooth.
  2. Pour into tall glass, top with whipped cream + nutmeg.

Velvet Fork Twist: Use half maple syrup, half brown sugar — it adds depth and makes it taste more like fall pie filling.
