Copycat Krispy Kreme Frozen Caramel Latte
This frozen caramel latte is Krispy Kreme’s take on the dessert-in-a-cup style drink. Sweet, icy, and indulgent, it highlights caramel with just enough coffee to keep it balanced. Making it at home is easy—you just need a blender and a little caramel sauce.
Ingredients (1 serving):
½ cup strong brewed coffee, chilled (or 1 shot espresso + ¼ cup water)
½ cup whole milk (or oat/almond milk)
2 tbsp caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
1–2 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)
1 cup ice
Whipped cream for topping
Instructions:
Brew strong coffee or espresso and let it cool completely.
In a blender, add the coffee, milk, caramel sauce, sugar, and ice.
Blend on high until smooth and slushy.
Pour into a tall glass, top with whipped cream, and drizzle with extra caramel sauce.
Tip: For a stronger caramel punch (since the real one felt a bit muted), mix 1 tsp of caramel extract into the blender before blending—it intensifies without extra sweetness.
