Copycat Crumbl Caramel Shortbread Cookie ft. Twix

Part cookie, part candy bar — this Crumbl classic is pure indulgence. It layers a buttery shortbread base, smooth caramel center, and glossy chocolate topping that cracks ever so slightly when you bite in. Sweet, buttery, and just salty enough, it’s like Twix got a bakery upgrade.

Ingredients

For the Shortbread Base:

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

½ cup powdered sugar

2 tsp vanilla extract

2 cups all-purpose flour

¼ tsp salt

For the Caramel Layer:

1 cup soft caramels (like Kraft or Werther’s)

2 tbsp heavy cream

For the Chocolate Layer:

1 cup milk chocolate chips

Instructions

Make the Shortbread Base — Cream butter and powdered sugar until fluffy. Add vanilla, then mix in flour and salt. The dough should be soft but not sticky.
