Copycat Starbucks Gingerbread Loaf
Soft, spiced, cozy — the perfect holiday loaf. This version is moist, tender, and gently sweet, with warm gingerbread spices in every bite.
Ingredients (1 loaf)
1 ½ cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
1 tbsp ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp cloves
¼ tsp salt
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup white sugar
½ cup butter, melted
2 eggs
¾ cup milk
2 tbsp molasses
Optional glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp milk
½ tsp vanilla
Instructions
Whisk dry ingredients in one bowl.
Whisk eggs, sugars, butter, milk, and molasses in another.
Combine and mix gently.
Pour into greased loaf pan.
Bake at 350°F for 40–50 minutes.
Glaze once cool if desired.
Tips
Add extra ginger if you want a spicier loaf.
