Copycat Crumbl S’mores Brownie Cookie
Ingredients
Cookie Base
- ½ cup butter
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ¾ cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
Toppings
- marshmallows
- chocolate chunks
- crushed graham crackers
Instructions
1. Make dough
Mix butter and sugar.
Add egg and vanilla.
Mix in dry ingredients.
2. Bake base
Bake at 350°F for 8 minutes.
3. Add toppings
Top with marshmallows, chocolate, graham crumbs.
Bake another 2–3 minutes.
Tips
- Broil lightly for toasted marshmallow effect.
- Do not overbake.
