Copycat Booster Juice Dragon Booster Ball
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup pitted dates
- ¼ cup dried dragon fruit (or frozen, thawed and drained)
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 2 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Blend base
In a food processor, blend dates and dragon fruit until smooth and sticky.
2. Add remaining ingredients
Add oats, honey, nut butter, chia seeds, coconut, vanilla, and salt.
Pulse until mixture comes together.
3. Shape
Scoop small portions and roll into balls.
4. Chill
Refrigerate for 30–60 minutes to firm up.
Tips
- Dates are key for texture and natural sweetness
- If mixture is too dry, add a bit more honey
- If too sticky, add more oats
- Keep refrigerated for best texture
