Copycat Crumbl Brookie Cookie
Ingredients
Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
- ½ cup butter
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 ¼ cups flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- ¾ cup chocolate chips
Brownie Dough
- ½ cup butter (melted)
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- ¾ cup flour
- ¼ tsp salt
Instructions
1. Make both doughs
Cookie dough:
Cream butter and sugars, add egg and vanilla, then mix in dry ingredients and chocolate chips.
Brownie dough:
Mix melted butter and sugar, add egg and vanilla, then stir in cocoa, flour, and salt.
2. Assemble
Take half cookie dough and half brownie dough.
Press them together side-by-side into one large cookie portion.
3. Bake
Bake at 350°F for 10–12 minutes until edges are set and center is soft.
Tips
- Keep brownie side slightly underbaked for that gooey texture
- Press doughs together gently so they stay distinct
- Use high-quality cocoa for richer flavour
