Copycat Crumbl Brookie Cookie

Ingredients

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

  • ½ cup butter
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 ¼ cups flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup chocolate chips

Brownie Dough

  • ½ cup butter (melted)
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • ¾ cup flour
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions

1. Make both doughs

Cookie dough:

Cream butter and sugars, add egg and vanilla, then mix in dry ingredients and chocolate chips.

Brownie dough:

Mix melted butter and sugar, add egg and vanilla, then stir in cocoa, flour, and salt.

2. Assemble

Take half cookie dough and half brownie dough.

Press them together side-by-side into one large cookie portion.

3. Bake

Bake at 350°F for 10–12 minutes until edges are set and center is soft.

Tips

  • Keep brownie side slightly underbaked for that gooey texture
  • Press doughs together gently so they stay distinct
  • Use high-quality cocoa for richer flavour
