Copycat Crumbl Candy Cane Brownie Cookie

Ingredients

  • ½ cup butter
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ¾ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup chocolate chunks

Topping

  • ¼ cup crushed candy canes
  • ¼ cup melted chocolate

Instructions

1. Make dough

Cream butter and sugars.

Add egg and vanilla.

Mix in cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt.

Fold in chocolate chunks.

2. Bake

Bake at 350°F for 9–11 minutes.

3. Finish

Drizzle melted chocolate and sprinkle crushed candy canes.

Tips

  • Add candy canes after baking to keep crunch
  • Slight underbake keeps brownie texture
