Copycat Crumbl Caramel Shortbread Cookie ft. Twix
Ingredients
Shortbread Cookie Base
- ½ cup butter (softened)
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ¼ cups flour
- ¼ tsp salt
Caramel Layer
- ½ cup soft caramels (melted)
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
Chocolate Topping
- ½ cup milk chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Make dough
Cream butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
Add vanilla.
Mix in flour and salt until soft dough forms.
2. Bake
Flatten cookies slightly.
Bake at 350°F for 10–12 minutes until lightly golden.
Cool completely.
3. Make caramel
Melt caramels with cream until smooth.
Spread over cooled cookies.
4. Add chocolate
Melt chocolate and spread or drizzle over caramel layer.
Tips
- Let caramel cool slightly before spreading
- Chill briefly for clean layers
- Don’t overbake — keeps base soft
