Copycat Crumbl Chocolate Vanilla Ice Cream Swirl Cookie

Ingredients

Vanilla Dough

  • ½ cup butter
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt

Chocolate Dough

  • ½ cup butter
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ¾ cup flour
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions

1. Make both doughs

Prepare vanilla dough and chocolate dough separately.

2. Create swirl

Take equal portions of both doughs and gently twist together without fully mixing.

3. Bake

Bake at 350°F for 10–12 minutes.

Tips

  • Don’t overmix or you’ll lose the swirl effect
  • Keep both doughs soft for easier combining
