Copycat Crumbl Cookie Dough Pie
Ingredients
Cookie Base (Crust)
- ½ cup butter (softened)
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ¼ cups flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
Edible Cookie Dough Filling
- ½ cup butter (softened)
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup heat-treated flour
- ½ tsp salt
- ¾ cup mini chocolate chips
Optional Topping
- chocolate drizzle
- whipped topping
Instructions
1. Make cookie base
Cream butter and sugars until smooth.
Add egg and vanilla.
Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt until dough forms.
Press into a thick cookie or shallow pie shape.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes.
Cool completely.
2. Heat-treat flour
Microwave flour for 1 minute, stirring halfway (to make it safe to eat raw).
3. Make cookie dough filling
Cream butter and sugars.
Add milk and vanilla.
Mix in heat-treated flour and salt.
Fold in chocolate chips.
4. Assemble
Spread cookie dough filling over cooled base.
Add optional toppings.
Tips
- Chill before serving for best structure
- Use mini chocolate chips for smoother texture
- Don’t skip heat-treating flour
