Copycat Crumbl Cookies & Cream Cocoa Mousse Cup
Ingredients
Chocolate Base
- 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
- 3 tbsp melted butter
Chocolate Mousse
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Cookies & Cream Layer
- ½ cup whipped cream
- ½ cup crushed Oreos
Instructions
1. Make the base
Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter.
Press into the bottom of serving cups and chill.
2. Make mousse
Melt chocolate chips and let cool slightly.
Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
Fold melted chocolate into whipped cream gently.
3. Assemble
Layer chocolate mousse over base.
Top with whipped cream and crushed Oreos.
Chill 1–2 hours before serving.
Tips
- Do not overmix mousse or it will lose its light texture.
- Chill well for that Crumbl-style firmness.
