Copycat Crumbl Dubai Biscoff Brownie Cookie
Ingredients
Brownie Cookie Base
- ½ cup butter (melted)
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¾ cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
Biscoff Layer
- ½ cup Biscoff spread
- ¼ cup heavy cream
Garnish
- crushed Biscoff cookies
- chocolate drizzle (optional)
Instructions
1. Make dough
Mix melted butter with brown sugar and sugar.
Add egg and vanilla.
Stir in cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt until combined.
2. Bake
Scoop cookies and bake at 350°F for 9–11 minutes.
Let cool slightly.
3. Make Biscoff topping
Warm Biscoff spread slightly and mix with cream until smooth.
4. Assemble
Spread Biscoff mixture over cookies and sprinkle crushed Biscoff cookies.
Tips
- Keep the base slightly underbaked for that brownie texture
- Use thick Biscoff topping for best layering
