Copycat Crumbl Dubai Chocolate Strawberry Brownie
Ingredients
Brownie Cookie Base
- ½ cup butter (melted)
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ tsp salt
Strawberry Layer
- ½ cup strawberry preserves (or thick strawberry sauce)
Chocolate Topping
- ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ¼ cup heavy cream
Instructions
1. Make brownie dough
Mix melted butter and sugars until smooth.
Add egg and vanilla.
Stir in cocoa powder, flour, and salt until fully combined.
2. Bake
Scoop and slightly flatten cookies.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 9–11 minutes until edges are set and centers stay soft.
Cool completely.
3. Make chocolate topping
Heat cream and pour over chocolate chips.
Stir until smooth (ganache).
4. Assemble
Spread a thin layer of strawberry preserves over cookie.
Top with chocolate ganache.
Tips
- Use thicker strawberry filling so it doesn’t run
- Slight underbake keeps that fudgy texture
- Chill briefly after assembling for cleaner layers
