Copycat Crumbl Frosted Strawberry Cookie ft. Pop-Tarts

Ingredients

Cookie Base

  • ½ cup butter
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 ½ cups flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt

Strawberry Frosting

  • ½ cup butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp strawberry jam
  • 1–2 tbsp milk

Topping

  • crushed strawberry Pop-Tarts
  • sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

1. Make dough

Cream butter and sugar.

Add egg and vanilla.

Mix in flour, baking powder, and salt.

2. Bake

Scoop and flatten cookies.

Bake at 350°F for 9–11 minutes.

Cool completely.

3. Make frosting

Beat butter until smooth.

Add powdered sugar, strawberry jam, and milk until creamy.

4. Assemble

Frost cookies and top with crushed Pop-Tarts.

Tips

  • Use thick jam for stronger flavour
  • Don’t overbake — keeps cookies soft
  • Add Pop-Tart pieces right before serving for best texture
