Copycat Crumbl Frosted Strawberry Cookie ft. Pop-Tarts
Ingredients
Cookie Base
- ½ cup butter
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 ½ cups flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
Strawberry Frosting
- ½ cup butter
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp strawberry jam
- 1–2 tbsp milk
Topping
- crushed strawberry Pop-Tarts
- sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
1. Make dough
Cream butter and sugar.
Add egg and vanilla.
Mix in flour, baking powder, and salt.
2. Bake
Scoop and flatten cookies.
Bake at 350°F for 9–11 minutes.
Cool completely.
3. Make frosting
Beat butter until smooth.
Add powdered sugar, strawberry jam, and milk until creamy.
4. Assemble
Frost cookies and top with crushed Pop-Tarts.
Tips
- Use thick jam for stronger flavour
- Don’t overbake — keeps cookies soft
- Add Pop-Tart pieces right before serving for best texture
