Copycat Crumbl Fudge Brownie Football Cookie
Ingredients
Cookie Base (Brownie Style)
- ½ cup butter (melted)
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
Chocolate Frosting
- ½ cup butter (softened)
- 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- 2–3 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Decoration (Football Laces)
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 tbsp milk
Instructions
1. Make cookie dough
Mix melted butter with sugars until smooth.
Add egg and vanilla.
Stir in cocoa powder, flour, baking soda, and salt until fully combined.
2. Bake
Scoop into oval/football shapes and slightly flatten.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 9–11 minutes.
Centers should stay soft.
Cool completely.
3. Make frosting
Beat butter until smooth.
Add powdered sugar, cocoa, vanilla, and milk until thick and creamy.
4. Decorate
Spread chocolate frosting over cookies.
Pipe white icing in football lace pattern.
Tips
- Slight underbake = better fudgy texture
- Chill before frosting for clean finish
- Use a piping bag for sharp lace detail
