Copycat Crumbl Lemon Glaze Cookie

Ingredients

Cookie Base

  • ½ cup butter
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 ½ cups flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt

Lemon Glaze

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2–3 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

1. Make dough

Cream butter and sugar.

Add egg, vanilla, lemon zest, and lemon juice.

Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt.

2. Bake

Scoop cookies and bake at 350°F for 9–11 minutes.

Cool completely.

3. Make glaze

Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth and pourable.

4. Glaze

Drizzle or spread over cooled cookies.

Tips

  • Use fresh lemon for best flavour
  • Don’t overbake — keeps cookies soft
  • Adjust glaze thickness to preference
