Copycat Crumbl Peanut Butter Cookies ft Reese’s Pieces

A soft, thick peanut butter cookie loaded with Reese’s Pieces and rich peanutty flavour. It tastes exactly like something you’d call “dangerously snackable” — sweet but bold, and perfect with a cold glass of milk.

Ingredients

½ cup unsalted butter, softened

½ cup peanut butter (creamy)

½ cup brown sugar

⅓ cup granulated sugar

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla

1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour

½ tsp baking soda

¼ tsp baking powder

¼ tsp salt

¾ cup Reese’s Pieces

Optional: ¼ cup peanut butter chips

Instructions

1. Make Dough

Cream butter, peanut butter, and sugars. Add egg + vanilla. Mix dry ingredients separately; fold in. Fold in Reese’s Pieces.

2. Bake

Scoop ¼-cup balls and bake at 350°F for 10–12 minutes until soft and puffy.

Tips

Underbake slightly for that soft Crumbl texture.

Press a few extra Reese’s Pieces into the tops before baking for that store-perfect look.
