Copycat Crumbl Sea Salt Toffee Skillet Cookie
Ingredients
- ¾ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup toffee bits
- flaky sea salt
Instructions
1. Make the dough
In a bowl mix:
- melted butter
- brown sugar
- granulated sugar
Add egg and vanilla.
Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt.
Fold in toffee bits.
2. Bake skillet cookie
Press dough into a greased 8-inch skillet.
Bake at 350°F for 18–20 minutes until edges are golden but center remains soft.
3. Finish
Sprinkle flaky sea salt over the warm cookie.
Tips
- Underbake slightly to get that soft Crumbl center.
- Serve warm for the best texture.
