Copycat Crumbl S’mores Skillet Cookie ft. Hershey’s
Ingredients
Cookie Base
- ½ cup butter
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 ½ cups flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
Toppings
- ½ cup marshmallows
- Hershey’s chocolate squares
- ¼ cup crushed graham crackers
Instructions
1. Make dough
Cream butter and sugar.
Add egg and vanilla.
Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt.
2. Bake base
Bake at 350°F for 8 minutes.
3. Add toppings
Add marshmallows, chocolate, and graham crumbs.
Bake another 2–3 minutes.
Tips
- Broil lightly for toasted marshmallow
- Add chocolate after baking for softer melt
