Copycat Crumbl Turtle Cookie 

Inspired by the candy classic — thick cookie topped with caramel, pecans, and chocolate drizzle.

Ingredients (12 cookies)

1 cup butter, softened 1 ½ cups brown sugar 2 large eggs 2 tsp vanilla 2 ½ cups flour ½ cup cocoa powder 1 tsp baking soda ½ tsp salt 1 cup chocolate chips ½ cup caramel sauce 1 cup chopped pecans ½ cup melted chocolate (for drizzle)

Instructions

Preheat oven 350°F. Cream butter + sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Whisk flour, cocoa, baking soda, salt. Add in slowly. Fold in chocolate chips. Scoop large dough balls. Bake 10 minutes. While warm, spoon caramel on top, sprinkle pecans, drizzle melted chocolate. Cool before serving.

Pro Tips

Toast pecans first for a deeper nutty flavor. Use thick caramel (homemade or store-bought) so it doesn’t run off.
