Copycat Crumbl Ultimate Peanut Butter Cookie
Ingredients
- ½ cup butter
- ¾ cup peanut butter
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 ¼ cups flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
1. Make dough
Cream butter, peanut butter, and sugars.
Add egg and vanilla.
Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt.
2. Shape
Roll into balls and flatten slightly with a fork (classic pattern).
3. Bake
Bake at 350°F for 10–12 minutes.
Tips
- Don’t overbake — keeps them soft
- Use smooth peanut butter for best texture
