Copycat Crumbl White Drop Cookie ft. Hershey’s Cookies & Cream

Ingredients

Cookie Dough

  • ½ cup butter (softened)
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt

Mix-ins

  • 1 cup Hershey’s Cookies & Cream pieces (or chopped cookies & cream bar)

Instructions

1. Make dough

Cream butter and sugars until smooth.

Add egg and vanilla.

Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt.

Fold in cookies & cream pieces.

2. Bake

Scoop large cookies and bake at 350°F for 10–12 minutes.

Let cool slightly before serving.

Tips

  • Reserve some chunks for topping before baking
  • Slight underbake = softer center
  • Don’t overmix once flour is added
