Copycat Dairy Queen Caramel Toffee Blizzard

Rich, buttery, and full of crunch.

This Blizzard is all about caramel base + toffee bits. The trick is making it sweet without being cloying.

Ingredients (2 smalls)

  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup caramel sauce
  • ½ cup crushed toffee bits (Skor or Heath work well)
  • Whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Blend ice cream, milk, and caramel sauce until smooth.
  2. Fold in toffee bits.
  3. Top with whipped cream + drizzle of caramel.

Velvet Fork Twist: Add a pinch of flaky sea salt to the caramel sauce before blending — it balances the sweetness and makes the toffee pop.
