Copycat Dairy Queen Mocha Mudslide Blizzard

Ingredients

Ice Cream Base

  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream (softened slightly)

Mocha Sauce

  • 2 tbsp chocolate syrup
  • 1 tbsp brewed coffee (strong) OR espresso
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder

Mix-ins

  • ½ cup brownie chunks or chocolate cake pieces
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips or fudge chunks

Instructions

1. Make mocha sauce

In a small bowl, mix chocolate syrup, coffee, and cocoa powder until smooth.

2. Blend base

In a blender or mixing bowl, combine:

  • softened ice cream
  • mocha sauce

Blend or mix until fully combined but still thick.

3. Add mix-ins

Fold in brownie pieces and chocolate chunks.

Do not overmix — keep texture.

4. Serve

Spoon into a cup.

Serve immediately for thick Blizzard consistency.

Tips

  • Use strong coffee so flavour comes through
  • Don’t overblend or it’ll become too thin
  • Brownie chunks make a big difference for texture
  • Chill mixture slightly if it softens too much
