Copycat Dairy Queen Pumpkin Pie Blizzard
Thanksgiving dessert in ice cream form.
This Blizzard is literally pumpkin pie folded into vanilla soft-serve. The magic is in keeping the crust crunchy, not soggy.
Ingredients (2 smalls)
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup canned pumpkin purée
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
- ¼ cup crumbled graham crackers or pie crust
- Whipped cream + nutmeg for topping
Instructions
- Blend ice cream, milk, pumpkin, sugar, and spice until thick.
- Fold in graham/pie crust chunks.
- Top with whipped cream + nutmeg.
